BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DIVERSITY

SECURE actively promotes gender diversity on its Board and across the organization. Starting with a 20% target for women on the Board in 2015, the goal rose to 25% in 2021 and 30% by 2023, with women now making up 38% of the Board as of March 2023. 

In 2022, SECURE began tracking gender data within its workforce, achieving 21% women overall, with a 5% year-over-year increase in women in senior leadership and STEM roles.
