Service Award Program 
The Service Award Program is designed to acknowledge our employees’ loyalty and dedication to SECURE. It’s an opportunity to express appreciation for an employee’s contributions, and recognize those who have reached 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30-year milestones.   

1000 Little Things 
1000 Little Things is a recognition program that acknowledges the attitudes, behaviours and contributions that reflect SECURE values. It is an opportunity for our employees to give a peer a pat on the back or for a manager to recognize when an employee has truly gone the extra mile.
